Are You Ready to Host a Class?

Hosting a class is simple. We make the process easy for brokerages, title companies, offices, and organizations that want to provide valuable education for their agents and teams.

How It Works

1. Submit your class request

Complete the class request form with your contact information, preferred class topic, audiencetype, and ideal date.

2. We review your needs

We review your request and confirm the best class option based on your group, goals, and

delivery format.

3. Confirm the date and details

Once the class is selected, we finalize the date, time, location or virtual format, and attendance expectations.

4. Receive your class confirmation

You will receive confirmation of the class details along with any preparation steps, promotional information, or participation instructions.

5. Host your class

We deliver practical, professional education designed to provide relevant insight and value to your audience.

Suggested Procedures to Use

For your internal process, I’d recommend this simple flow:

Step 1: Inquiry received

Have them complete a form with:

  • Name

  • Company

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Preferred class

  • Preferred date

  • In-person or virtual

  • Estimated number of attendees

Step 2: Qualification/review

Decide:

  • Is this a good fit?

  • Is the class already approved or still pending?

  • Is this a paid, sponsored, or partnership class?

  • Who is responsible for promotion and attendance?

Step 3: Confirmation

Send a confirmation email covering:

  • class title

  • date and time

  • location or platform

  • host responsibilities

  • minimum attendance if needed

  • any marketing or flyer details

Step 4: Final follow-up

Send a reminder 5–7 days before class and again 1–2 days before class.

Step 5: Post-class follow-up

Send thank-you message, next steps, and opportunity to book another class or strategy session

Continuing education credit is awarded only for courses that are currently approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Course approval numbers, course titles, credit hours, and approved delivery methods will be provided for each approved course.
